Deposits for Off/Mid Season bookings cancelled 7 days before arrival will be
refund less $30 booking fee.
Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will forfeit any deposit.
28 day before arrival cancellation for peak bookings incur a $30 fee,
after that deposit will not be refunded.
